A felsőlajosi Tanyacsárdában tartott amerikai autós bulit régóta ajánlották már nekem. Nagyon autentikus a helyszín, könnyen megközelíthető, családias és nyitott itt a közeg. Plusz nem utolsó sorban vannak érdekességek dögivel minden évben. Évek óta mindig sikerült a naptáramnak ütköznie a Cadillac Ranch dátumával, viszont idén végre minden adott volt, hogy kocsiba üljek és kinézzek én is.
Az első tíz percben sikerült rájöjjek, hogy biza ez az egész setup így ahogy van működik. A tanya, a karámokban eszegető lovak, a zöld udvaron parkoló autók, a hűvösben pokrócon vagy a teraszon lévő emberek hada ahogy élvezik a vasárnapot, és közben szól az amerikai zene valamelyik sarokban. Amerikában ez nem lenne más, mint egy klasszikus “Sunday Chill” esemény, amit minden hétvégén tartanak kb mindenhol, ez viszont itt van a magyar alföldön, magyar emberekkel. De attól még a tartalom és a cél ugyanaz.
The american carmeet hosted in the “Tanyacsárda” ranch near Felsőlajos was recomended to me for many times now over the years. The venue is very family friendly, it’s easy to reach also there are always something interesting to see. My calendar was always full these past years when the date reached to me, but this year everything fell into place for me to get in my car and drive down and take a look.
After ten minutes everything became clear to me. This setup is working as it is. The ranch. The horses eating in the back. The big green garden with the cars. The great amount of people enjoying their sunday in the shade, chillin’ on blankets or the terrace, and from a corner there’s american music playing all the time. If we would be in the US, this would be your usual “Sunday Chill” type of event held every weekend almost everywhere in the country, but this the hungarian countryside right now, with hungarian people. But the content, the feeling and the scope remains the same.
